How do I configure my POP3 email client to receive AlphaQuad Mail messages?
General Help
In order to use an email client to send and receive AlphaQuad Mail
messages, you must designate a new incoming (POP) mail server we
currently do not use (SMTP) out going mail. It must be done from the
webpage.
If you can't add new POP or SMTP servers,
you will need to change your current server settings. Write down your
current settings - you may need to revert to your original settings
later if you decide to send and receive messages from your other email
addresses.
Here are the basic server settings for your email:
|
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: | mail.alphaquad.net |
| Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: | We currently do not support SMTP |
| Account Name/Login Name: | your name (your address without the "@alphaqhad.net") |
| E-mail address: | your emailaddress (i.e., user@alphaquad.net) |
| Password: | your password you were given |
